ಈಗಷ್ಟೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಲಿ ಸರಾಸರಿ ಮತದಾನ 80%....ಇದುಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಚೆ "ಸಿಲಿಕಾನ್ ವ್ಯಾಲಿ","ಐಟಿ ಸಿಟಿ"," ಪಬ್ ಸಿಟಿ" ಅಂತೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹಸ್ರಿರೋ ನಮ್ ಬೆಂಗ್ಳೂರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಎಲೆಕ್ಷನ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ನೀವೇ ನೋಡಿದ್ದೀರಾ....ಆ ಎಲೆಕ್ಷನಲ್ಲಿ ವೋಟಿಂಗ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ಕೇವಲ 44%....ದಿನ ಬೆಳಗಾದ್ರೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಸೋ ಕಾಲ್ಡ್ "ಎಜುಕೇಟೆಡ್ ಸಿಟಿಜನ್ಸ್" ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಯ್ತಾನೆ ಇರ್ತಾರೆ,ರೋಡ್ ಸರಿಯಿಲ್ಲ,ಬೀದಿ ದೀಪ ಇಲ್ಲ,ನಮ್ ಏರಿಯಾಗೆ ಒಂದ್ ಬಸ್ ಕೂಡ ಬರೋಲ್ಲ,ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಎಷ್ಟಿದೆ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಅರ್ಧ ಜೀವನ ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಸಿಗ್ನಲ್ ನಲ್ಲೆ ಕಳೆದು ಹೋಗ್ತಾ ಇದೆ,ಇರೋ ಬರ ಮರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡಿತಾ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ ,ಇದ್ರಿಂದ ಬಿಸಿಲು ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಆಗಿದೆ,ಮಳೆ ಬಂದ್ರೆ ರಸ್ತೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೊರ್ನಾಲ್ಕು ದಿನ ಒಂದ್ ಮಿನಿ ಕೆರೆನೆ ಸೃಷ್ಠಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತೆ .... oh!! this govt sucks.....is the corporation sleeping ....what's wrong with this country?? ಅಂತ ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಪ ಹಾಕೋ ಜನ ವೋಟಿಂಗ್ ದಿನ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪಬ್,ಸಿನಿಮಾ,ಮಾಲ್,ಪಿಕ್ನಿಕ್,ಲಾಂಗ್ ಡ್ರೈವ್,ಮಣ್ಣು ಮಸಿ ಅಂತ ಓಡಿ ಹೋಗ್ತಾರೆ,ಮನೆ ಹತ್ರನೇ ಇರೋ ಪೋಲಿಂಗ್ ಬೂತ್ ಕಡೆ ತಲೆ ಕೂಡ ಹಾಕಿ ಮಲಗೋಲ್ಲ...
ಅದೇ ಹಳ್ಳಿಯೊರ್ ನೋಡಿ ಕಲಿರಿ,,,, 80% ವೋಟಿಂಗ್ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಏನ್ ತಮಾಷೆನ ಗುರು....ಈ ರಿಸಲ್ಟ್ ಸಾಕು ಸಿಟಿಲಿ ವೋಟ್ ಹಾಕ್ದೇ ಇರೋ ""ಎಜುಕೇಟೆಡ್ ಸಿಟಿಜನ್ಸ್"" ತಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವ್ ರೀತಿ ಕಾಳಜಿ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಅಂತ....ಈಗಲಾದ್ರು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ್ ಜನ ಎಲೆಕ್ಷನ್ ದಿನ ಒಂದ್ ಅರ್ಧ ಘಂಟೆ ವೋಟ್ ಮಾಡೊಕೆ ವ್ಯಯಿಸಿದರೆ ಒಳ್ಳೇ ಸರಕಾರದ ಮೊಲಕ ತಮಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೇದು ಆಗೋದು ಅನ್ನೋದು ಅರಿವಾಗಲಿ.

Why cant they make edjucation compulsory for legislature.
If anyone want to contest he should have some basic qualifications.
If possible they should clear some competative exams.
For small Accountant post there is minimum qulification of Degree he/She should have.
Then for a higher posts like CM/ PM/ President
Why can't we have exams/ qualifications.

i have stated that voting % for bbmp election was 44%...so considering ur statement we can figure out dat out of 44%..32% are the votes of villagers...remaining 12% are from bangaloreans...does that make a sense....

change is an big phenomenon which u cant catch until it stops....in a huge system like our government its very easy to talk bout change but not easy to do so...changing the system is not in the hands of an individual ,masses has to come forward to have a grace response on any sort of "CHANGE" process...towards that context we have only one weapon to use ..that is voting....

for this question i can only show finger at the democracy which carves out that any person who has crossed minimum age has the eligibility to contest,yup...i still stand with you to get some bills that person who has atleast passed SSLC shud be given a chance,to watch an peaceful and fruitful parliamentary sessions filled with qualified persons ending up with an useful steps will be an dream for fellow citizens like me and u ,lets hope the best we would get in future.
